The Haptic Lens Project - Spring 2002

The Haptic Lens Team continued the work of previous projects of the university and Microsoft Research in order to improve the software and the device's utility. In order to complete this project, we made use of the computer and machine facilities in the Learning Factory at Penn State. Through this venture, we have learned a great deal about project management and working together as a team to get the job done. Through this website, you will learn more about our work this semester. The "History" section shows what exactly a Haptic Lens is and highlights the previous groups' work. The "Results" section details what our team needed to do as well as our mechanical and software solutions. "The Team" section introduces the members of the Haptic Lens Team and the "Links" section lists some other websites related to the Haptic Lens.
