Researched various security topics online and prepared documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Created and edited computer graphics using Adobe Photoshop and designed the CyberSecurity logo. Prepared a document critical in a business deal with RSL Communications.
Migration team- summer 1999
Systems Management Specialists Monroeville, PA
Participated in a major desktop migration for Westinghouse Electric Company facilities throughout the Pittsburgh area. Conducted preliminary information gathering interviews. Set up and configured desktop and laptop computers on a Windows NT network. Troubleshooted programs and helped users become familiar with the new machines.

Fourth R of Westmoreland 1997-1998
Designed, planned, and supervised the staff at sessions where Girl Scout troops would use the computer training area of the Fourth R of Westmoreland to earn computer badges by completing workstation tasks that I designed. Approximately two hundred girls participated in this project.

Overnight volunteer- operated exhibits, conducted demonstrations, and supervised weekend activities of school-aged children.

Five years of HTML experience (see http://www.personal.psu.edu/mlh249/), C++, Microsoft Office applications, graphics programs, and various others. I also assist with tech support at a web space provider, Spaceports, on various subjects such as HTML and CGI. Worked with a team on a senior design project sponsored by Microsoft Research.
